We are the only manufacturer of static shielding films & bags in India with our own in-house converting capabilities and the pouches and sheets are manufactured in ROHS compliance and appreciated as the most reliable, readily available, and competitively priced static shield bag in the electronic industry . These provide a static safe environment for sensitive electronic devices and are available in different sizes. These bags are offered with strong 2-seal configuration with bottom folding or 3 sides sealing or zip at the top and we can supply rolls of the material. ESD logo can be easily printed with our rotogravure and pad printing machines.

- Faraday cage effect of the metalized layer shields electronic devices from esd and electronic fields
- Durability is enhanced by sandwiching the metal layer between polyester and polyethylene
- Bags can be custom made as per customer requirement with maximum length of 1500mm and width of 1000mm
- Four layer construction offers excellent protection
- Bags are printed with esd warning symbol and date coded for qc traceability
- Testable to industry standards
- Surface resistance outer and inner layer 102 ohms/sq
- Available in 3mils and 3.9mils thickness
